Delta Force Paintballing are pleased to support Veterans into Logistics by providing this ticket for up to ten people to have an epic day of fun and adventure.
Q1. When will the free draw take place?
We will randomly select one lucky winner each calendar month to receive a Delta Force Paintballing ticket within the first week of the following month.
Q2. Can I enter the free draw more than once?
Entries are limited to one entry per person, or for each separate donation made to Veterans into Logistics during the period identified in Q1.
Q3. Can I enter the free draw if I haven’t made a donation and, or signed a Gift Aid Declaration in support of Veterans into Logistics?
Yes, this is a free draw so you may enter by sending your title, first name, last name, email and or mobile to: fundraising@veteransintologistics.org.uk or text: 07442 361566 (normal text rates apply). You will then be entered into the free draw per Q1.
Q4. When and how will you notify the winner?
The random draw will take place in the first week of each month as Q1. We will notify the winner by email, call or write to them in that order depending on consent.
Q5. What happens if the winner doesn’t want the ticket?
If the winner does not respond within 14-days we will randomly draw another winner from the entries received between the previous month per Q1.
Q6. How does the winner make a booking using the tickets?
The winners can go online at www.paintballgames.co.uk/giftvoucher and enter the unique code that is printed on their gift voucher. Here they will find further information about what is included in the tickets and what is involved during a day of paintball. Alternatively call Delta Force Paintballing’s office and a friendly event coordinator can check availability and help book your day of adventure!
Q7. When can holders of Delta Force Paintball Tickets make use of them?
Delta Force owns and operates over 30 national centres nationwide and works with a number of local paintball centres. Paintball games take place every weekend throughout the year, and midweek games are also available subject to demand.
Please bear in mind that all bookings are subject to availability. Your choice of date may not be available, but alternative dates will always be offered.
Q8. How many players are needed to make a team?
Most people take part in groups of 10-20 people but it is possible to bring any number of participants.
Q9: What is the minimum age?
The minimum age to play regular paintball at national paintball centres in the UK is 10 years old. All players under the age of 16 years require a parental consent form to be signed by a parent or guardian before play commences. You can request these forms in advance at the time of booking via the Delta Force Paintball Team.
Q10. How long do players spend at the paintball centre?
Players usually stay all day – from 9.15am until approximately 4:00pm. Players will experience 12-14 games during a full day session, with short refreshment breaks in between to reload your paintballs, re-fuel and discuss tactics!
Q11. How long are the Delta Force Paintball Tickets valid for?
You should aim to book your paintball adventure as soon as possible to avoid disappointment ~ please call the Delta Force Booking Office on 0844 477 5020* to confirm a final expiry date on your ticket.
Q12. Are paintballs included in the Delta Force Paintball Tickets?
Paintballs are not included in the terms of the offer.
Q13. How much do paintballs cost?
When the winner calls the Delta Force Paintball booking office, they will be required to pay for the first 100 paintballs for each person on their team so they know how many players to expect.
The cost of the first 100 paintballs at national centres is £7.99 per person or £9.99 at local centres. On the day of the event at our national paintball centres additional paintballs can be purchased for £7.99 per 100, or £6.99 per 100 in bulk (a box of 1000 paintballs). Prices may vary at local centres.
Q14. Will Veterans into Logistics pay for my travel, accommodation or paintballs?
Any travel and accommodation, plus on the day costs such as the paintballs and refreshments etc. will need to be covered by the winner and / or their guests.

- Veterans into Logistics does not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the activity and is not obliged to offer an alternative prize including if the winner loses the ticket.
- The prize cannot be exchanged for any monetary value or for any other products/experiences.
- This free draw is open to over 16’s only (see Q9.)
- This free draw is not open to employees, agents or suppliers of Veterans into Logistics, nor the members of their immediate families.
- Veterans into Logistics may ask you to provide proof of your identity should you be selected as the winner.
- Veterans into Logistics reserves all rights to disqualify any entrant or winner at any time if the conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition or the brand / reputation.
- Veterans into Logistics will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or a contest participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the winner accepting the prize.
- The prize is automatically terminated should Veterans into Logistics or Delta Force Paintballing cease trading.
- Veterans into Logistics reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the free draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
How we will use your data
- If entry is made via the Gift Aid Declaration Form your data will be used to process Gift Aid claims against any donations you make now, in the future and the past four years.
- We will only contact you by methods you have provided within consent statements.
- If you have entered the free draw by other means, we will use your data to contact you if you are drawn as the winner of this free draw, and inline with any other consent statements you completed.
- By entering the free draw you consent for Veterans into Logistics to contact you if you are drawn as the winner of this free draw.
- Data supplied to enter the free draw will not be shared or sold to third parties.
