Everyone at Veterans into Logistics would like to extend a huge thank you to Royal Marine veteran Jack Nichol, his family, support team and everyone involved in making Challenge 5 such an incredible success.
Over five consecutive days, Jack and the people of Lytham completed one of the toughest endurance challenges imaginable.
Thanks to the generosity of supporters and the determination of everyone involved, Challenge 5 raised an incredible £40,796.
The funds raised will help us continue supporting veterans into training, qualifications and sustainable careers within the logistics sector. Every pound raised will help create opportunities for those transitioning from military service and looking to build a new future in civilian employment.
While the challenge itself was an extraordinary physical achievement, its true impact will be measured by the lives it helps change in the months and years ahead. The support generated through Challenge 5 will enable us to help more veterans gain qualifications, access employment opportunities and rebuild stability through meaningful work.
Jack and the wider team's commitment, resilience and determination throughout the challenge embodied the values that Veterans into Logistics seeks to support every day. The encouragement from his family, support crew, sponsors, volunteers and the wider community played a vital role in making the challenge possible and helping it achieve such a remarkable result.
On behalf of everyone at Veterans into Logistics, thank you to Jack, his family, the team in Lytham and every single person who donated, supported and followed the journey.
Together, you have helped create more opportunities for veterans across the UK.
£40,796 raised. Countless lives impacted.
