Charity Development Manager
My career has been shaped by service, leadership and a commitment to building success from the ground up. I enlisted in the British Army in 2002, where I gained a strong foundation in discipline and leadership. My service included an early deployment on Operation TELIC during the Iraq War in 2003, followed by multiple tours of Afghanistan, developing my ability to lead people and deliver results under pressure.
In 2020, while still serving, I launched my own business, gaining hands-on experience across the full spectrum of commercial operations, including digital marketing, analytics, business management and finance. This allowed me to translate vision into clear, actionable and commercially viable strategy. After concluding my full-time military service in late 2024, I transitioned into the Army Reserve with 103 Regiment Royal Artillery.
I now bring this blend of operational discipline and entrepreneurial experience to my role as Business Development Manager at Veterans into Logistics. My focus is on raising the charity’s profile, expanding its reach, and developing strategic partnerships that increase its impact. I am committed to creating strong pathways for service leavers, ensuring their skills are recognised and lead to sustainable, rewarding careers.
Across both military and civilian life, my purpose remains the same: to lead with integrity, build with strategy, and deliver outcomes that make a meaningful difference for the veteran community.
